Hi I met with an accident on april 2016. I injured my knee and foot in the process. I neglected it as a small injury. With each day progressing I started to experience more pain. My knee used to pain and my foot used to pain. I used to get cramps on my thighs. I sensed weakness totally on my legs. I consulted a doctor. The doctor advised me for a MRI scan. After seeing the report the doctor told me that I have a minor dislocation of bones near my knee due to patellar injury and I am suffering from chondromalacia patella grade 3.he advice me to a vitamin d test. By seeing the report he told me I have vitamin d deficiency and prescribed me cholecalciferol and some leg exercises. I am still not satisfied with diagnosis. The pain hasn't had vanished. I feel like a prick piercing from inside of my knee when I walk. I am confused. Please suggest me how can I recover completely Regards.
