My husband is taking medications for last 1 years but now his tsh is >100 high and t4 is 1 low. Does he require surgery or should we continue with the levothyroxine 75.

He may require surgery. Yu need propwr evaluation of your thyroid status. An usg thyroid along with thyroid antibodies need to be done. You need to be examined clinicaly .contact a surgeon asap.
