I have mouth ulcer and if I took any sweets or spices it will be coming I need a solution.

In the event of oral ulcers oral hygiene maintenance is of most important. It may go by its own within 4-7 days but recur if not cared. Visit a dentist for through cleaning and polishing. It will reduces local factors. Then apply Amlexanox gel over ulcers 3-4 times daily till ulcers disappear. Supplemental zinc will add in sooner healing. Hydrate yourself frequently. THANK YOU.

Hello Lybrate users. Their are numerous reason for ulcers in our mouth most common is stress or deficiency of vitamins. It usually takes 7-10 days to heal spontaneously. You can get ointment at any chemist shop for these ulcers.
