Hi doctor I just want to ask the best possible ways to reduce my weight as I visited gym also but it didn't helped to reduce my weight. Please suggest me proper diet which I should take and too what type of exercises I shloud do. My weight is 55 and height 5. I don't eat jung foods too. Suggest me the bestest possible ways to burn my fat asap.
