I want to gain weight I tried all the products. I eat all day long and I do not do any type of exercise then also im not gaining any weight. I pee a lot, so is there any chances that I a have some kind of disease, and what this symptoms indicates. I drinks on weekends but not only few beers.

Gaining weight is very slow process when you compare with weight loss. Gaining weight can be by two ways, 1. By increasing fat percentage. 2.by gaining lean body mass. Its always best go for 2nd option, because gaining weight through lean body mass is healthier and more sustainable. Eating lot all through the day will not help in gaining weight you need to have have calorie and protein dense food at the regular intervals to gain weight. Very important step to gain weight is to do exercise which are specially designed for weight gain. Frequent urination is not a disease by itself unless it is along with other symptoms like irritation while urinating, frequent night urination and etc.
