I am a 56 years old male, I get headaches quite often, mostly in the early morning hours, due to which I cannot sleep properly, it lasts for quite a while, taking paracetamol does not really help, I have done an MRI scan, but it is all clear, and does not show any problem or the cause of the headaches. It does lead to migraine sometimes. Taking a Paracetamol 500 mg and 65 mg Caffeine helps. I tried but cannot get this type of tablet in most pharmacies. Is there any solution for this pain please, your answers will be very much appreciated Thanks Dennis.
