I am 3 months pregnant and not feeling anything yet so when I feel IT please advise and which supplement I can take apart from folic acid.

Hi lybrate-user, In first pregnancy, you can feel the baby's movements at around 5-6 months, that too as a flicker/flutter type. You should have a high protein diet. You may take protein powder supplements with milk once a day. Iron and calcium tablets will be started in 4th month of pregnancy.
