I have No 148/98 I am facing tremendous amount of stress in my job. How to control and decrease BP without medication Pls suggest me foods.

148/98 at this age is a warning sign. Please rule out any blood sugar and blood lipid abnormalities. The best diet modification is avoiding salt. Totally. Not even the regular that you use in curry and roti and dal and etc. Totally avoid pickles and papad. And never never add salt in pre cooked items.
