For the last two months I am suffering from back ache. It may be due to high stress of work in the office and long time sitting work in the office.

take rest properly. take a little break after every 45 minutes sitting. avoid forward bending and heavy lifting. avoid prolonged sitting and standing do spinal strengthing excercises. postural care is very important.

You know the reason of your problem! and the answer is right there! Avoid prolonged sitting and even if you have to, keep a small roll or a pillow at the low back to support it. Try to follow the 30-30 rule- after every 30 min of work do 30 sec stretching or a take a small walk in the office.
