Hello! is there any way to control growth of heel bone? It is very much common in women.

Take contrast bath. Use soft sleeper and shoes Do not walk more or in pain. Avoid prolonged standing. You can take physiotherapy treatment.

I have a problem with my right leg, it always pain, I did not stand for continue 30 mints. What to do?

avoid prolonged sitting and standing. take rest properly. avoid forward bending and heavy lifting. do spinal strengthening exercises. take hot fermentation. otherwise go for physiotherapy consultancy.
