Hi, firstly cut down on all refined foods like sugar bakery items fast foods etc. Next eat every 2 hrs break your meals into parts don't eat at once eat slowly chew your food properly diet plan: meal 1 green tea, followed by 1 tsp flax seed pwd with water meal 2 upma/idli/sprouts vt chapati/oats any of d following + a cup of low fat milk or dahi meal 3 fruit (a plate) apple/sweet lime/papaya/orange/pineapple meal 4 salad+dal+sabji+chapati meal 5 green tea meal 6 roasted peanuts (30gms) meal 7 100 ml milk (flavored or plain as you like) meal 8 salad+soup these meals are to be eaten at 2 hourly interval d last meal is very light on your stomach n will help to stay full for long.
