Hi my name's sahil. I have been suffering from acne from a long time. Those pimples aren't severe but they keep on popping all over my face. By the time I think that they are all gone then I get to see a new one. They ain't big but they just don't look good. I'm currently on medication and my dermatologist recommend me to use clindamycin phosphate and nicotinamide gel in the morning and afternoon along with nadifloxacin and adapalene gel. I also take isotretinoin capsules IP 20 mg. They are effective but I don't know what to do to avoid a new pimple on my face. I mean every time I get rid of each pimple on my face, a new one appears. So I just wanna know weather my medication is good or not and please lemme know how to use both above mentioned gels. My dermatologist told me to use them on the peak of pimples but what about the rest of the face and new pimples.

The medicines that you are taking are perfect. You can try some chemical peels to decrease the incidence of pimples.
