Please begin with muscle strengthening exercises. Along with this, ensure you are eating 20% more portions in your regular meals. In between these meals, include nuts, dry fruits, eggs, sprouts etc as snacks. Drink 1 glass of milk in the morning and 1 in the night with 1 tbsp honey. Eat 2 kinds of fruits daily.
