Hello sir. According to your height and weight your BMI is 17.6 means under weight. So, increase your weight approximately 10 kg. Some tips for weight gain :- 1) Eat more protein. 2) Take green leafy vegetables. 3) Take high protein foods. 4) Take high calories foods. 5) Do some cardio exercise. 6) Add 5 food groups in your diet. 7) Take more meals. 8) get quality sleep. 9) Add cream in your coffee and green tea. 10) Increase your activity level. Some foods for weight gain :- 1) Apple 2) Banana 3) Apricot 4) Dates 5) Nuts 6) Guava 7) Chocolate 8) Avacado 9) Spinach 10) Blueberries.
