I have problem of very low weight my height is 165 cm and my weight is 35 kg how I increase my weight.

Hello sir. Please describe your age also so, according your age, height and weight we suggest some tips to you. Some tips for weight gain :- 1) Take more meals. 2) Take high protein, carbohydrates and calories. 3) Take proper rest. 4) Maintain 5 food groups in your diet. 5) Go for cardio workout.

Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc..>> If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc..>> Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen.
