Make physical activity a regular and essential part of your life. Many studies show that people who exercise regularly benefit with a positive boost in mood and lower rates of depression by producing happy hormones called endorphins. Improved sleep & self-esteem is a benefit of regular physical activity. It strengthens heart & bones, tones muscles and regulates blood pressure. Take fresh morning air. Try to get up before the sunrise and meditate. Go to bed early & avoid late evening activity on social media or TV. Study in fractions. Not more than 30-45 mins and take a pause of 10 mins and then revise what you studies before and then switch to the new chapter. Good luck with the preparation.
