I am 34 male got thrombotic disease in lad on jan 9 2017 my 2d echo showed distal ivs &apex hypokinesia Mild lv systolic dysfunction .lvef 45% No pulmonary hypertension. Rvsp 22mmhg. Adv coronary angiography angiography was done on jan 10. After that I am always afraid of life only one taught come always in mind wat if you got again heart attack while you get other chance. please help me.
