Hello sir. I am pissed of with my severe acne problem now I am taking sotret isotretinoin 10 mg + Azithromycin 250 mg + Nydoxin gyl. Its been more than 20 days I am not finding it effective, instead my cyst acne is growing more worsen. Kindly guide plz.
