I am 21 years old. I don't do regular exercise. Earlier I used to do regular exercise. But now do to low BP I'm not able do exercise. I can't be much hectic otherwise I may fall unconscious. I have gap in periods of about 4-6 months. Ultrasounds are done. Required blood tests are done. All reports are normal. If I say about my food habits, it's not fixed and moreover I reside in hostel so can't have that much healthy food but have fresh juice.

Kindly get a head up tilt test and sitting and standing BP test done and consult a internal medicine specialist. Drink lots of fluids like water, nimbu pani, juices, coconut water daily.
