I am going to gym and do workout for 2 hrs. I need a protein diet and my trainer says you need 130-140 g of protein daily. What should my diet plan and what should I eat. My height is 5 ft 10 inch and weight is 68 kg.

Hello lybrate-user, your weight is normal according to your height. You can eat natural food products which are high in proteins like eggs ,fish, chicken, pulses, soyabean, paneer etc. Restrict junk food or high fat diet. Choose 5-6 small and frequent meals in a day.

You can take protein rich foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. To gain muscle mass.
