I am 26 year old male from last two days blood and some kind of tissues looks like cough come out in my potty. Seven years before I was suffering from ulcerative colitis and doctor suggest me for colonoscopy then they gave me some medicine I took them properly for 10 months and results are positive and now I am sure this is happening again what should I need to do further because I am not go for colonoscopy it is very painful so please suggest some medicine and diet for this.
