Sir, I have recently got test of Stool for Occult Blood which is for 3 days regularly and all 3 test are negative. As I know this test done to know the blood in stool, I don't know when the report is negative that's why I went for 3 times test continuously. But when I go for passing stool I can see through my mobile light very easily that there is 1 or 2 drops of blood shown on the surface of stool. Or some times when pass stool, blood is attached on it & not drops. I am very confused why reports are negative even the day when I got stool tested for the 1st time I saw very small drop of blood on stool & the same stool I tested in lab but report is negative. I want to know can it be? The part of stool which I got tested in lab that stool was not having blood & the stool on which surface I see blood was not taken to lab. please advice me. Actually Why I got tested becoz doctor advice me I have hard constipation & pain in stomach. I have seen some swallaon on the area from where I pass stool. I had discussed with Dr. it is starting piles external. After the he asked me to test your stool for occult blood. But He didn't discussed with me about piles any more except writing test. Yesterday I again faced the same prob when passed stool I have seen 2 to 3 drops blood on the surface on stool. I am pretty sure I had got tested the yesterday's stool the report would have been negative. Lekin Haqiqat ye hai ke stool p blood dikha. please advice me. I am very worried. What Dr. wants to know? Am I developing piles gradually? please advice. At the same time I am also loosing my weight with proper & good diet & feeling fatigue aisa lag raha hai jaisa jane ki ichha hi nhi ho rahi hai.
