Please do not expect drastic changes in your skin colour or texture as it is the genetics that play a major role. You can of course do everything that is good and keep the skin healthy and supple. Over time the skin will do improve its tone and texture due to the good habits. Its your diet (balanced diet) that plays an important role. Also eat fruits and vegetables every day (easily available seasonally ). Drink enough water (8-10 glasses or more )so that the skin can maintain the moisture content. The aging (wrinkle formation) will be delayed the healthy attitude. Exercise everyday as it will improve the circulation and help the skin to glow.
