Hi doc. I've been doing proper exercise and going to gym for couple of years now. I have a good physique but less muscular body as I'm a vegetarian. I take regular diet and proteins from natural diet like milk, sprouts etc. Actually I'm very health conscious so just wanted to know that is harmful for my health if I tart taking protein powder? Are there any side effects?

no mam there is no side effects of protein powders unless it contains any of the steroids added in it...and also if you do regular gyms and exercise then there's no problem in taking protien powders until and unless it contains any added steroids in it...

you may start a good quality protein powder.For your information,eggs available in market are unfertilized and don't have life .On the other hand milk is also an animal product. Eggs can take you places if you start having 10 egg whites daily. Rest is is to you. All the best.
