1 mnth ago I started gym, every thing was going well. I was following a normal diet oats in morning, boiled chicken in afternoon and 6 eggs & glass of mix juice in evening. Yesterday I came back after gym n took 6 eggs & glass of mango shake instead of mix juice & after tht m feeling lill but uncomfortable in my chest, feeling heavy at chest n having vet lil bit pain while breathing (mango juice was vry thick) Pls advice.

Your diet is too heavy in proteins and no mention of adequate water. It could cause acidity or severe gas that will cause chest pain. Reduce number of eggs to 3 and increase veggies and fruit. Remember to drink 8 glasses of water spreadout in the day.
