I am suffering from hair fall and live in area where water has iron content. Please suggest some measures so that I can prevent the baldness and increase the volume and density of my hair. My hair is getting thinner day by day just want the fact that hair fall decreases and the volume and density is maintained.

Dear lybrate-user. Hair fall has multiple reasons to its credit. Hereditary (Genetic/Familial), Improper diet, Inadequate sleep, Stress, Hard water usage for head bath, Hot water for head bath, Using hair dryer on a regular basis, Associated scalp disorders, Hair colour, Associated medications for any other disorder… Avoid them. Visit a Cosmetologist/Dermatologist for a thorough examination and an adequate prescription. You may be suggested a PRP/Meso/Hair Transplantation (if required).
