I am a hard gainer, want to increase my appetite. I am 24 years old having 52-54 kg of body weight and 5'5' height. Is there any way to increase height and health simultaneously? Please suggest me a diet plan to improve my overall fitness.

Exercise is the only thing which can make you fit and healthy. Height increases till 18 to 19 years of age. Heredity factor plays an important role. You can do stretching, cycling, running, swimming, hanging, yoga, skipping etc. Eat food containing proteins. It will help in muscle building. Take milk and milk products, dry fruits, fruits etc. It contains calcium which is good for bones.
