Hello Dear Doctor, my age 29 Years and my weight 90 kg meri problem ye hai ki mere Pet saaf nhi hota hai mujhe dinme 3-4 kabhi -kabhi 5 bar bhi jana padta hai. Pet me halka halka dard bhi rahta hai gas bhi ban jati hai kabhi kabhi please help koi medicines or upchaar bataye.
