Sir I have a problem that dryness feel in anus sometime with little bit itching. And bathroom not happening clearly feel like constipation. And sometime burn. 5-6 ago I have a problem of piles with bleeding .after taking treatment bleeding stop and burning also. But dryness type feel sometimes in anus after getting bathroom. When you put cream or coconut oil then no dryness feel. It occur at the of constipation. Pls suggest.
