Dear lybrateuser, - You may be feeling lazy because of weakness due to improper diet & sedentary lifestyle - have a proper routine for your daily activities like sleep & wake up time should be fixed, getting up late may cause lethargy & inability to concentrate, have meals at regular time, do not skip meals - have more of fruits & vegetables including seasonal & green leafy ones, avoid processed foods, have more of whole grains including whole wheat bread & chapati, brown rice, oats, corn, protein foods like eggs, milk & milk products, soya products, beans, pulses, lentils, sprouts, healthy fats like in sea foods, olive oil, walnuts - have 4-5 small meals including snacks in between the main meals - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, for Chest muscles do pushups & pull ups, for biceps lift dumb bells in the house, also do yoga & deep breathing to keep your mind & body fit.
