I'm 16 years old and I have less wrist circumference compared to boys of my age. Nearly 150 cm. I think I have less vitamin D. How can I fight this. Will it increase add I grow older. My skin is a slightly darker (normal south Indian colour) and how many hours should I spend in sun. Can I take any nutritional Supplements. If yes please prescribe it. Please suggest even a appropriate diet.
