Hi doctor. Am sathya. My problem is memory loss. Whatever I feel it is unimportant I cannot remember and which I took it as more important I will never forget. But in work stress I use to forget many things which is important also sometimes. Is this a serious problem. I couldn't remember many things.

Dear lybrateuser, - Your problem could be due to improper sleep, nutritional deficiency of important vitamins & minerals, proper concentration - sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night - have a well balanced diet with more of green leafy vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk & milk products, lean meats, legumes including beans, lentils, pulses,peas, sprouts - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, also yoga, meditation & deep breathing daily morning which will help improve your concentration.
