Meri age 29 years h meri prblm ye hi ki me modeling k liye try kar rha hu or uski taiyari k liye gym me 3 mahine se normal weight lift karta hu lekin iski vajah se mera pet prblm karta h mje 2 3 bar latrin jana padta h.dr ne bola ki lifting band kar do nhi to rectum bahar aa jayega please koi solution bataye me weight lift band nahi kar sakta merw career ka saval h please reply.
