Hello lybrate-user, 1st of all indulge yourself in physical activities like: swimming, gyming, brisk walking, jumping etc with this you need to follow a diet. Avoid eating high calorie food, oily and junk food. Like in BF: take a glass of milk with musseli/ wheat flakes or oats. You can have fruits like papaya, musk melon, apple or butter milk after 2.5 hours of breakfast ,take 2 chapati (multi grain flour) + veg +salad in lunch and dinner. Do not sit after any meal do walk for 5- 10 mins after lunch and dinner for digestion. You can take luke warm lemon water early morning to remove toxins from the body. Team Nutrihealth.
