Hello Age of my wife is 24 year and weight 44 kg and height of her 5 feet 1 inch. Problem of her she is underweight and also have constipation problem, her diet and food is very good but not looking healthy and not increase weight. And any time she is having tried and nervous. Mr. lybrate-user ask your wife to take regular meals which are mostly rich in fibres. She can include options like milk+ musseli or Ask her to have thick shakes like banana shake, mango shake, etc. For constipation tell her take 1 bowl of papaya early in the morning and luke warm water with lemon.
