Hey docs I have questions, I recently gave oral sex and 3 days after that I noticed my tongue turned grey it doesn't seem thick like oral thrush no throat pain or sick feeling and my mouth was dry now let me remind you what kind of work I do I'm a fire tech I'm doing a lot of walking In the sun so can this just be dehydration also I'm not eating properly so I think I'm malnourished I also think I'm loosing weight what are my chances of contracting HIV or any other STD THANK YOU!

If you had unsafe oral sex with infected person then there are possible that you can get infected with a number of STDs particularly fungal infections even though the possibility of contacting HIV is very less. If you didnot have the same symptoms before it only confirms the possibility of being infected. Consult a doctor in your vicinity at the earliest.

doing oral sex without condom or dental damm is risky act for tranmsmission of STD so never do it
