I am 20 years old im used to masturbation since 2 years. Now im getting very less quantity sperm with no thickness. And my pennis size is also decreased. I'm experiencing premature ejaculation. I squirt in just 10 seconds. I stopped shagging everyday since 5 months. I just do once in a while like once or twice in a month when im really aroused. Adapt a healthy lifestyle which includes the following: Eating only healthy food in daily diet. Avoid all bad habits. Avoid junk food and processed or packaged food.
