Every day I try to get up at 6 am but when the alarm rings I put it off and get up at 7 am - been trying hard to do so but fail then rush n blame myself.

It is just a habit. It can only be changed with a life style change. It will be fine gradually just have confidence in yourself. Medicines do not have role in this. Sleep early so that you can get up early in morning. Take light meals in dinner.

Sleep early so that you have about 7 hrs sleep before 6 am. Do not sleep in day. Keep alarm away from your bed have a desire and determination to get up early. It is not difficult report after 5 days.
