What should eat to get powerful muscles ,good learning power and good body shape? Sir please help me.

You should increase your protein intake, include milk and milk product ,sprouts, soy and its products, egg, chicken, fish for gaining muscles and you can include almond, walnut, avocado and 1tsp ashwagandha for good memory. Take small and frequent meals for gaining weight and go for exercise.
