Hello doc, I am 25 years old .I am married for one and half year. I am trying for a baby from last 6 months but I am not conceived yet and my cycle also get irregular for last 6 months. I have never any problems regarding my period. My last period was late by 2 months and I took two pregnancy test but both r negative. Please suggest what should I do?

Please do trans vaginal pelvic USG and other test regarding infertility like Harmonal test, tubal patency test, husband semen test ,routine heamogram etc under erpert guidance of gynaec or infertility experts. Till the time your periods are regular, chances of getting pregnant are almost nil. Take low dose contraceptive hormone pills for 3 months to regularize cycle. Results after low dose hormonal tablets are good provided semen test for him is normal get ultrasound done around 12 th day of cycle and look for follicles. It's a good sign but no follicles will be seen if periods are irregular.
