I am having twin pregnancy one 7 weeks with heartbeat and other 5 weeks with no heartbeat suddenly passing some tiny blood pieces. Pls suggest having medicine ecosprin, trexane, and susten sr 200.

Hi lybrate-user one of your baby having no heartbeat has died. Blood is going bcos uterus is trying to abort the dead baby. In this case abortion of second baby is also a risk. Your medicines are good. Take adequate rest, no sexual contact, no journey.
