My mother is suffering from vitamin d deficiency, it's only around 40. Please advise me good vegetarian diet that can really help her?

For a vegetarian person, best way to restore vitamin D is Sun bath. Take 20 minutes sun bath (about 06: 00-07: 00 am. Along this add: Milk, Sun flower seeds, Mushroom in her regular diet. And Liquid Magensium in her drinking water.

If you can focus on eating a wholesome diet everyday then there is nothing special required to be done. Allow her to expose to sunlight in the morning and evening when it's not too hot. She can have milk and dairy products regularly. Have a balanced diet which includes seasonal fruits and vegetables everyday. Exercising every day will keep the bone density normal.
