Dear lybrateuser, - To reduce or avoid eye pain due to continuous use of device screens take some precautions, - see that the screen brightness is adequate & not very bright - keep a proper distance of 1-2 foot away from the screen - take a break of 1-2 min every hour to relax your eyes - get your eyes tested & wear anti glare specs to reduce eye pain - massage your eyes every half to one hour when you take a break.
