My brother in law aged 35 years is suffering from complete AV defect (Rastelli type C) with Trivial AV -regujilate with my peplastic MPA wih severe pulmonary stenosis. We found this ten year ago but doctors did not clarified this problem. Now they clarified this and suggested surgery. Kindly tell me whether the surgery is complected and percentage of success of surgery.

Hi, As I can understand complexity of your brother in law condition, I would also suggest cardiac surgery, for betterment of person, but make sure to get it done by good cardiac surgeon, regarding complications in surgery, every surgery doe in human body have complications, and we only advice surgery when we can't candle it with medication. So my best advice would be get surgery done with a good cardiac surgeon.
