Hello sir/mam, In my friend CBC report RBC count is (low) 3.99mill./cu. Mm, HEMOGLOBIN is 15. 2g/dl (normal), HEMOCRIT is 45.7% (normal), MCV is 114.5 fl (High, MCH is 38.2 pg (High), MCHC is 33. 3g/dl (Normal), RDW-CV is 17.1% (High, WBC COUNT IS NORMAL, neutrophil,basophills, eosinophilic,monocyte, lymphocytes are within a normal range, PLT is 108 10^3 u/L. He is 30 years old, non alcoholic, non smoker and pure vegetarian. What are the reason for this elevation. Is it anemia? But hemoglobin and hemocrite is normal. What is the reason for this elevation please help. Thank you.
