Its normal for teenager to play in fatigue and feel tired I am very huge fan of cricket and I am go for playing in afternoon after full fatigue and tiredness so I think it do not affect on my body and skin in future.

If it's too hot then avoid playing as it is not good for health. There is risk of heat Stroke. During mild to moderate temperatures you can play in the afternoon with due precautions like wearing full cotton cloths and a cap. Keep well hydrated by drinking water and fluids. Have fruits which can give energy in a natural way. Avoid junk food and cold-drinks.
