Some people say drinking luke warm water throughout the day helps in reducing weight, while some say cold water is good for weight loss as body burn calories while bringing water to body temperature. Please enlighten.

Warm water is best as it is lighter to digest & boosts metabolism, which in turn, will burn fat. Cold water slows the metabolism, you won't be ablle to digest whatever you eat & will put on more weight.
