Hello Mr. lybrate-user Actually in most cases, GERD can be relieved through diet and lifestyle changes. So, should be add some citric food articles in your daily meal, such as 10 ml apple cider vinegar after every night meal with 200 ml of fresh water. You shoupd be avoid more spicy, oily and sugar based foods. Take a proper sleep and rest. Do yoga and relax your self. Thanks.
