My daughter drinks only 250 ml milk per day. She is 5 year old. Sometime I give her paneer .custard etc. But it's not in everyday diet. She doesn't eat curd even. Do I need to give any supplement for her Or it is sufficient milk.

Hello, Don't force-feed milk, as that's not the only food nutrient with vital nutrients. Include cottage cheese, bean curd, lentil, pulses, Greek yogurts, corn, green vegetables, smoothies, nachni in her diet. Keep her overall diet healthy, she should be fine.
