I am 18 years old. I am feeling numbness in my whole body as well as head. Tomorrow is my NEET exam. And I am not being able to use my brain. This is caused by anxiety or what I don't know but I have a pimple in my ear. Please help if any doctor is available. Please sir I really need your help. please help me and suggest any home remedy. please sir. I'll be obliged.

This is sign of anxiety recently now focused on study do not think future ki exam kesa hoga be relaxed. For study do not read new chepter or subject jo bhi padha h use hi revise karo only. Deep breathing exercise karo. Concentration isliye nahi ban pa reha kyuki thought mind mai ah rahe hai negative. So you think positive. Focused on present (today) now this time important is my exam.
